A
House Built on Quality
A family tradition of quality and service began in Holland over
200 years ago. The tradition continued in Australia from 1953.
Today, the business is still run by the Castricum family with
a modern, sophisticated meat and skins processing plant at Dandenong
in the state of Victoria, Australia.
More recently the company has greatly expanded its capability
to produce top quality sheepskins, lambskins, pickled pelts
and crust tanned skins. It is developing its capcability to
produce wool on crust tanned skins.
Quality
on the Land puts Quality into our Brand

Crossbred lambs produce skins up to 20% larger. |

The
House of Castricum is situated at the centre of Australia's
'Circle of Quality'; the lush, clean, farmlands of the South-East
where livestock grows larger and healthier.
Skins from the House of Castricum are the product of
natural, free-range growth.
Castricum Brothers' own Livestock Buying Group selects
cross-bred livestock, exercising a tough quality control
policy to meet custome specifcations. Only livestock which
has been seen, assessed and has passed quality standards
is good enough for the House of Castricum.

Taking Extra Care
The company's policy of personal dedication to quality control
is maintained throughout slaughter and processing. Every skin
is individually inspected and graded.
At every stage, quality checks are made to ensure that the
House of Castricum's high processing standards are being met.
State-of-the-art processing, all under one roof, delivers greater
efficiency and quality control. The House of Castricum welocmes
the opportunity to discuss your training requirements and to
supply you with skins prepared to best suit your particular
production needs.
